BG Europa belt conveyors offer robust construction and our in house design ensure each conveyor is engineered to ensure swift and easy installation.
All conveyors feature the following:
- Pressed heavy duty steel section with full length deck plates
- Trough rollers, return rollers, lagged head drum and spiral tail drum
- Conveyor belt installed and vulcanised on site
- Feed boot with skirt rubber and fully guarded conveyor tail end
- Totally enclosed head chute with proprietary belt scraper on the head drum
- Shaft mounted bevel helical gear unit for high efficiency operation and high torque starting characteristics
Options:
- Walkway with handrail and kicking strips along full conveyor length
- Pull wire switch installed along the full length of the conveyor
- Sectional wind covers manufactured from steel plate and painted
- Hinged sectional wind covers with bolt and captive nut fixing
- Disc return rollers
